Cancellations and Refunds

What is the cancellation policy?

You must provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel within 48 hours, you forfeit your deposit. However, we understand emergencies and serious unforeseen events can occur, and with proper documentation emailed to the clinic (e.g., a medical certificate), the cancellation fee may be waived.

Can I reschedule or cancel an appointment?

Yes, but with at least 48 hours' notice. Otherwise, a cancellation fee (forfeiting the deposit) applies.

What Happens if i am late?

If you're more than 15 minutes late, your session may be rescheduled, or you may be considered a "no show" if you don't contact us within 15 minutes.

Medical and Safety

What should I do if my medical history changes?

You are responsible for updating us with any changes in your medical history, such as pregnancy, allergies, or new medications, before booking or attending an appointment.

Are treatments guaranteed to work?

No, while we aim for optimal results, individual outcomes vary due to factors like health conditions, genetics, and other treatments.

Gift Vouchers

Can i use a gift voucher online?

No, gift vouchers can only be redeemed in-store and not for online purchases.

Can I transfer or exchange a gift voucher?

No, gift vouchers are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used for partial payments.

What if i lose my gift voucher?

Cosmetic Quarter is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. They will not be replaced or refunded.
